Sheryl A. Cole and J. Scott Cole, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, founded SandS Surveying Corporation in 2002. Land surveying can include associated services such as mapping and related data accumulation, construction layout surveys, precision measurements of length, angle, elevation, area, and volume, as well as horizontal and vertical control surveys, and the analysis and utilization of land survey data.

All services are executed in a traditional surveying services business format. While most of our client services are performed at the site of the client or require remote field-work, our interpreting, mapping, production, and service delivery activities are coordinated from our office.

Our office facility features a 1,400 square foot office space in Texas Surveying decor with a client waiting area, four offices for Survey/CADD professionals, a large administrative work area and a 1,000 square foot attached warehouse with field office.

With over 70 years of combined experience in land surveying services industry we bring a blend of education, training and experience such as: Surveying and Management studies at Tyler Junior college, obtained over 100 hours of CEUs on Surveying and Surveying Business related courses. We have been involved in the everyday operations of many major surveying organizations. Mr. Cole received an S.I.T. (Surveyor in Training) certification in 1994 after successfully completing the NCEES examination. He was registered with the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveyors in 1999 upon completing the board examinations.
